Visits

      The International Peace Gardens is located at Jordan Park, 1000 South 900 West, Salt Lake City, Utah. The gardens are open 7 am to 10 pm year round. Flower displays are in bloom from May until October. Dogs on a leash are permitted. You must clean up after your dog.

       MAY: Norwegians and friends of Norway gather to celebrate the Norwegian

                   Constitution Day each year on the Saturday following May 17.

                     students from SLC sister city Matsumoto, Japan.

Celebrations and Weddings

      Weddings and memorials as well as cultural events such as the Swedish summer frolic and Norwegian Independence Day parade are held at the International Peace Gardens.

     To reserve space in the International Peace Gardens for your special day, simply fill in the application below. You will then want to talk with Cherie Schoenfeld (TEL:801-972-7841, email: cherie.schoenfeld@slcgov.com) at the office of Parks and Public Lands to finalize your plans.
