Cook/baker guidline:

     An event committee chairman will be elected. 

     Drinks and menu items will represent  African American national or regional icons or brands, 

and be associated with African American tea break cultural hospitality traditions.

     As far as possible, service and utensils will be deluxe (like a nice wedding) including decorations, floral centerpieces.

Home bakers or professional cooks and pastry chefs are welcomed to cook for the event, but because it is a public event, food and drink must be prepared in a health department approved or commercial kitchen.

     Peace gardens International Academy will cover costs of ingredients.

     Honoraria will be distributed based on difficulty and number of item, prepared. For example, 60  canapé equal $50 honorarium.
